I absolutely agree with everything you wrote, except that I ship Megan/Kate, and think of Peter as Megan's best friend.

First, I am irrationally happy when someone from a fandom I love, loves another fandom I love too XD And now I just ship Murphy/Beckett too :D (Kate/Kate LOL)
