I've also felt rather frustrated with Fringe this season, although less because the Olivia/Peter ship has taken over the show (I sail that ship hard, and I have to admit I was thrilled when it became canon at the end of S2, when I usually have to slog through six or seven seasons before a ship I like becomes canon) than because I'm not really feeling the alternate universe. It's an interesting idea, and I see what they're trying to do with making the altiverse characters sympathetic so we aren't looking at the war as one of good vs. evil, but I think they took way too much time with it. I was sympathetic to them quite soon into S3; now I've passed sympathy and have gone into frustration that we basically see the characters I came to love over two years for only half the episodes.
Dana Delany is 55 years old??! Oh My God. I thought she is like 40. My jaw dropped.
I know! I pegged her for 45, maybe. In some particularly kindly-lit shots she can convincingly pass for 35, perhaps even younger.
