*waves MEGAN IS AWESOME!!! sign in haters' faces*

I haven't quite gotten on board with Megan/Peter because Peter is still pretty undefined, you know? I'm waiting for him to get a real personality of his own aside from being Megan's social crutch before I can decide if this relationship would be mutually beneficial or not. :)

Heh. He is a little undefined at the moment. (Although everyone but Megan is, really.) I guess I'm okay with that for now because we do at least get a very clear portrait of how he interacts with Megan, to the point where writing dialogue for them in the fic I just finished was basically like taking dictation, and that particular style of interaction is basically LIKE CRACK to me. Plus he has a habit of kind of gazing at her adoringly when she's being brilliant, though it may just be that he thinks she's smart, IDK. I can fanwank motivation and background if the basic materials are there, I guess is what I'm saying, so that's why I've latched on to them like a very latchy thing. ;) Although knowing whether the relationship would be beneficial to him as well would be an excellent thing.

it seems like such a good reflection of her character - she's kind of clueless about her surroundings. She's doing things HER perfectionist way and she's not about to let reality crimp her style.

HA! Okay, I can see that. on the other hand, she's a scientist--surely by now she's realized that the evidence of difficulty walking and painful feet and getting laughed at behind her back by everyone, I mean COME ON all point to more sensible footwear?
