(I'm guessing Megan made some very sound interest/dividend-producing investments when she was neurosurgeoning, because while I'm sure MEs are well-compensated, I doubt they make that much, at least if the fact that the LA Coroner's Office is keeping itself afloat by selling death-related tchotckes is any indication.)
The lead actor is Australian, and his early attempts at a Polish-Chicago accent resulted in... sounding Irish?

I gave a thought to watching that series, but the combination of Yet Another Procedural and the whole cancellation-bait air it gave off didn't look promising.
