According to my mom, it's a geum, actually, but she doesn't know the exact breed. It's taller than the picture makes it look; there are several viney stalks with a flower at the end, and the whole plant is about thigh-high. (The chamomile is probably taller than it looks too.)
I think we only get the little teeny tiny buttercups that grow in the lawn and regularly get mowed down.
