More like this under the cut.

Only some of the many mushrooms in the yard of late. All of these were taken via the "put the camera in macro mode, hit autofocus, set on ground and pray" method, because while they look huge in these pictures, these mushrooms are your average yard-mushroom size.

My camera doesn't have macro mode. I wish it did :)

My camera would basically be worthless to me without the macro mode. I take at least half of my pictures in it. I'm actually surprised anyone makes a camera without a macro mode! Even my first digital camera, a little Fuji point and shoot thing, had it. It wasn't that great, but still...
