As they do several times per day, the three neighbor dogs came to visit a while ago. This time I took my camera.

They can be very charming! Loud, and skittish if you don't sit down (they run if you try to pet them while standing up), but definitely charming. :)

Ruby is obviously part-Chihuahua, part-something else small. The father of the puppies occasionally roams the neighborhood, and he's some kind of black and white medium-sized mutt. He's about the right size and shape to be part-golden retriever, if not the right color. Maybe some border collie? Bella reminds me of an Italian Greyhound and Bruno of a Beagle, so there might be those in there somewhere.

Also, I kept going "It's the taco bell dog!", though I imagine they might be a bit bigger. On the library computer, so everything is all like SUPERSIZE WOAH!

The first one is my favorite too. (That dog is my favorite of the three.)

They are a little bigger than the taco bell dog, yes, although Ruby isn't much bigger than he is.

Basically. There are four houses on our end of the street where people feed them, and they just kind of...circle around them all day. And yet somehow they aren't obese.
