I was debating whether to spoil myself and realized that Peter's return is not a spoiler, it is common sense.

Exactly! :D The unexpected part, I think, is how the other characters are going to react to his return...and I have a feeling that even though I know, generally, what's going to happen there, the details are still going to overturn my expectations.
