the details are still going to overturn my expectations.

And Fringe is *really good* at that part. Like, scifi show with an alternate universe? You know someone's going to spend some time pretending to be their counterpart. But holy hell, I don't think anyone could have predicted the subtlety and depth of how they went about it on Fringe. They're going to knock it out of the park, no doubt about it.
