It sounded just a little too impenetrable for me

Yeah, I watched every bit of all six seasons and I was still confused. I'm glad JJ Abrams seems to have learned his lesson from that. But it was still a great show, despite all the flaws.

I hear the finale was uniformly disappointing, so...

It wasn't bad but... you can't tie up several hundred loose ends in three hours. Just not gonna happen.

Awwwww!

The episode where the idea of Constants was established (and proven) was That One Where Every Single Fan Was Reduced To Tears Of Shippy Joy. It was epic.

But there is angst and annoyance, and triangles lean heavily towards annoyance!

Come onnnn, writers! Don't screw this up!
