I wonder if there's a new team of writers who think that Pete's a sexually aggressive jerk, 'cuz he's sure been acting like it lately.
I have a horrible feeling it's just seen as Pete being Pete. Ugh.

Me too. And everyone on the production side, from writers to actors, seems unanimous in saying that there's nothing but friendship between Pete and Myka. Then again, I have a lot of experience with production people on other shows lying through their teeth at every opportunity, so who knows.
I agree about Pete having a small crush on Myka, but I don't think it's anything he'd really want to act on.
I feel like he'd probably act on it if given the chance, because he's impulsive like that, but then he'd feel weird afterward. Of course, Myka would never willingly give him that opportunity, because she can already tell that they'd just annoy the hell out of each other in any configuration other than their current one. ;)
