What's the weather like in September? Is it still hot, or comfortable to move around? (To me, that means about 70-75F.) I have some flexibility with dates and could do early October if it would be cooler. I've also read that spring is really the best time to come to Charleston, because everything's in bloom, and I'm half-tempted to switch things around so I go then. But I'm also thinking that in September, the water would still be warm enough to wade in, which would probably not be the case in April.
