I, too, have mixed feelings about the possibility of a revival. How likely is it? This article seems to think it's being seriously discussed this time around, and it contains some actual entertainment reporting, unlike the Vanity Fair swoonfest: The X-Files: Is This A Reboot Or A Revival? Who’s Coming Back? Is It Really Happening? – Here’s What We Know. How likely is it to be good? My guess? Fifty-fifty, at best. Will I watch it anyway? Sadly, yes.
