No PT for me--I don't think they do that unless you have a pelvic prolapse fixed, in which case they make you do pelvic floor exercises (kegels, etc.), which are good to do anyway, I suppose. I'm not supposed to do any exercise, bending, squatting, or lifting over five pounds for six weeks.
