Oh, good grief.

In cases like this, a long-ago online friend used to offer to spin prayer weasels (she was at the time a certified ferret rescue person).

Since I didn't have access to actual ferrets, I morphed the virtual version of the tradition for my own use, and I think it's time to invoke it again now.
