There were definitely several spots where I got chills--all the riders of Rohan lined up, the whole silent-except-for-Pippin-singing pre-fight scene, first shots of Minas Tirith,

Oh yeah... When he sent them to their death and the singing. I was tearing up - didn't cry in this one. Make the next few times I see it I will. But yeah. That was just heartbreaking.
Minas Tirith - the White Tower. Chills. Oh yes. Such a great movie.
