Ran into Erik Spooner at the downtown art store today. Holy high school flashback, Batman. Now I have a vagure idea of what my HS reunions will be like in ten or twenty years. Y'know, assuming I would actually go to them. Which I kind of doubt I will.

Anyway, I was downtown 'cause I wanted to go to the library. Got ROTK, 'cause I'm gonna track down the scene I liked that was left out of the movie. Also grabbed the Unfinished Tales and the Lost Tales Book I. I have every intention of reading them, but I know I won't do much beyond skimming. Could be fun, though. I also ended up with a bunch of Bill Bryson and Sharyn McCrumb, and a new book of short stories from Esther Friesner. I think I got a few other things, too. I ended up with twelve or so...hopefully that'll keep me occupied over this nice long break. ;)
