Gotta love the LJ-spammage.
Dec. 31st, 2003 09:22 pmSo, for those Farscape fans out there (which would be, oh the vast majority of my friends list ;)), I have a couple questions pertaining to that AU thing I mentioned a couple posts back.
First, especially for DeeeeeKaaaaaay fans, did he ever get a last name on the show? I'm blanking completely.
Second, any opinions on what books John would own, and, out of those, which one(s) he would recommend to Aeryn as representative of human culture and/or literature? Obviously, I'm thinking lots of sci-fi, but Aeryn's reaction to SF TV has already been briefly covered in the fic, so I kind of want something else. SF would work, though...

Date: 2003-12-31 08:25 pm (UTC)DeeeeeeKaaaaay: Douglas Knox is his full name, I believe.
I think John would own books with humour to them. He's certainly good at being a smartass. ;) I doubt he'd show it to Aeryn, but I wouldn't be surprised if he owned a book or two by Richard Feynman. Other books, hmm... Maybe _Alice in Wonderland_, _Don Quixote_ and _The Little Prince_?

Can you imagine Aeryn taking everything in Alice in Wonderland as an accurate representation of Earth? *snicker* But yeah, ITA about the humor thing. He'd totally have Richard Fenyman.
