Wahey! Sci-Fi's showing a Secret Adventures of Jules Verne marathon! (Thanks to
rensong and
trickster_ for telling me about this!) Hee, Cardinal's Revenge. Chris Demetral as Jules, steampunk, very POTC-like music while everyon's swashbuckling w ith rapiers in seventeenth-century France, John Rhys-Davies as Alexandre Dumas and Rene Auberjonois as Cavoir...how can you not love it? (Although JRD in a nightshirt was something I could've lived without, I admit.)
*watches some more* Rebecca is the best. She cracks me up and makes me want to wear a hoop skirt that doubles as a ladder at the same time. Although Michael Praed/Phileas Fogg's sideburns still strike me as seriously funky.

Yeah, that was a little more leg than I needed to see... But I still lust after Jules (and his leather jacket). Though, seriously, I think Chris is a little short to pull off the poofy sleeves and pants deal... he looked like a clown in those outfits, and I think he realized this. Looks muuuuuch better in his yummy leather jacket... ::drools::

He is a little on the short side, at least compared to the other regulars (and a good proportion of the guest stars). He does look much better in the leather jacket, even if he does look twelve most of the time on that show. ;)
