The problem is that it's a story arc that has been there since episode 1, and that's a heck of a lot of ground to cover.

Yeah, I know I've hard abotut his Rambaldi bit before, but this is the first I've heard of prophecies. Before, all I knew about was some sort of machine.

This only seems to have information through episode 2x07, it's hard finding sites that are constantly updated, but is very thorough up to that point. Should help some.

Hey, it's like Count Gregory and the League of Darkness on SAJV! Advanced technology centuries ahead of its time by monks and such! (Although without quite the gross-out factor of a guy who was drawn and quartered being put back together as a half-human, half-machine thing by monks in the fifteenth century..)
