I have a cool, blue, gooseneck-type lamp with three 60 watt bulbs. The Mather darkness next year shall be conquered!
I managed to put together one of those pre-fab/fiberboard pieces of furniture all by myself. I now have a set of two drawers that also serves as a printer stand. I can burn water, and yet I handle power tools with ease and efficiency. I shoulda been a boy.
I'm actually getting places on my ballroom fic series. Well, Rebecca and Jules have done their polka and need a few paragraphs of wrap-up before their story can be considered complete, and Julian and Jadzia are starting their rumba. Oh, and the Farskate parody draws ever nearer to completion. I've gotten through most of the short programs, and now I just need to do the LPs and FD, and all the fun that happens afterwards. I remind you that this is basically a send-up of the 2002 Olympics. You all know what the aftermath is. Bwahaha.
BTW, does anyone who doesn't know a whole lot about the technical side of figure skating want to beta this for me whenever I finally finish it? I'd like to make sure that parts of it aren't complete Greek to people who don't usually watch skating.
