Oh, dear. The Phling committee obviously OD'ed on Pirates of the Caribbean this year. The announcement they slipped under everyone's doors is kind of frightening, and has way too many PHes (Philander's Phebruary Pirate Phling).

Why the name? My school's founder's name is Philander Chase. His parents obviously hated him.
