Merriam-Webster has such fabulous favorite words. I mean, it would've been great with just "defenstration," but they also have "discombobulate" and "kerfluffle," not to mention "persnickety"! And now I will go over here and giggle like a twelve-year-old at the fact that "callipygian" made it on there. Heh heh heh.

I really am easily amused.

I must be a total geek, I say "persnickety" all the time....usually in reference to Misys, the software I teach our nurses to use!

I use all of them on a semi-regular basis except for "callipygian" and "defenestration," except when I'm talking about the Defenestration of Prague. "Persnickety" is just such a great word... :)

Discombobulate is a wonderful word. One of my favorites. This is possibly because it reminds me of my favorite Sesame Street-esque show when I was a small child, which was called "Mrs. Cabobble's Caboose," but anyway... :)
