Depends on what sort of boss you are. You could just sit in some Italian restaurant eating pasta while "the boys" do the dirty work. Or you could be out their busting heads.

I'm bucking the stereotype! Heck, I'd already be anti-stereotypical, as I have no Italian, Russian, or Japanese ancestry. So unless you've heard of an English, Irish, Scottish, German, Norwegian, and/or Iroquois mob boss who doesn't cackle, I could probably get away with it... ;)
