This is Dawlish, the beach closest to Exeter (~15 minute train ride, I think). So going there. Soooo pretty. (Plus, y'know, trains!!!, which have been an obsession of mine since I got that model train set when I was five or six. I heart trains.)

Totally. They have some kind of special steam line, too, that looks freaking awesome going along the ocean wall. Except for the cars, it's like something right out of 1870 or so.

Dawlish is such a lovely place. And if you go to the little stream near the tourist-type shops, there are black swans :)
