I need to just move to the library. Bring the bed and everything. No, really. I went there three separate times yesterday within maybe four hours. Gah! However, I finally have at least one book that has something to do with the topic of my anthro paper! Yaaaaaay!

Aside from the library business, did lots of stuff last night. (My deal with myself this weekend is that I work like I dog all the daylight hours and then do other stuff at night, 'cause everything is going on this weekend.) We had our weekly Pez meeting at dinner, where we decided to all chip in $3 and buy a fez for people to wear on their birthdays, when they're reading, etc. Then we went back to my room, where Whitney taught us the extended secret handshake (truly ridiculous, but kinda fun) and our motto. Which is Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwyllllandysiliogogogoch. Recognize the name of that Welsh town? Yeah.

We went to the Dragons sketch comedy thing. Less than funny, except for a couple sketches toward the end. Then we went exploring around campus...got up on the balcony of Sunset (and decided that hiding from a passing car behind our opened umbrellas would be a good idea) and then discovered the attic, which was also open, and which held lots of old copies of the Kenyon Review and not a whole lot else. I was less than impressed with the sturdiness of the attic stairs, but it was kind of interesting to see the windows that are so enticing from the front of the building.

We fiddled around in Bailey for a while, but again could not find the secret passage from its Underground Railroad days. We figure it's in one of the professors' offices. So we walked down the hill to Sunset Point and watched the sky for a while (and the lightning in the distance for a few minutes) before going back to my room and ordering pizza to eat in the lounge while we read out of the book of Scottish fairy tales Kimberley sent me. We always end up staying up so late on Pez nights...

Tomorrow is Mrs. Warren's Profession, and then Sunday is the dance co-op, both of which I shall be spectating at.
