Finally here, and typing away in a computer lab because ITS has yet to enable the ethernet port in my room. Maybe by the weekend...?

I have a nice long entry typed up in Word in my room, which I will post as soon as I have internet access from said room. Lots of adventures in shopping and cooking and transportation to relate later.

Finally got an internet connection in my room (hooray!), but it won't let me send e-mail (except through various webmails), access my webserver through an FTP program or use iJournal. Um...eh? I guess they've blocked all uploading, then?

*bangs head against wall*
