I was reading a thread on a sci-fi BBoard I post to, and there was a mention of Joan Slonzcewski (I have no idea how to spell her last name...) in a thread on women SF writers. Wouldn't be weird except for the fact that I'm gonna have her as my prof for Bio in Sci-Fi next year. Hee. :) Anyway, that was interesting...apparently there's someone out there who's heard of her and read her books. (Which I've heard are...not so good, but that's beside the point.)
