icepixie | Argh, United

Okey-dokey, so United changed their schedule today and thus bumped my flight back. So now, in January, when I go back to England, my flight from Nashville gets into O'Hare 45 minutes before my flight to London leaves. Obviously, this won't work, so once I put some more minutes on my cell phone, I have to call them and get on an earlier flight from Nashville, or rerout myself to some other city with a later flight out, or something. Anyone have any tips for how to do this while paying the least amount of money?

I'm hoping I won't have to pay...I'll already have to pay to change my flight date in June, 'cause I had no way of knowing when I was going to be able to come back, so I picked a date blindly...and of course it was wrong... *sigh*
