So apparently my cinnamon apples are "malevolent." I suppose they are rather red...and in rather red liquid...being made my boiling cinnamon red-hots into nothingness...but still. Hmph. ;)

The weather officially needs to do whatever it needs to do to change, or stop raining, or something, because I'm sick and tired of this headache that I've had ever since I got back. Decongestants help, but quit working before I can take more. Grrrrr.

And that's it for my exceptionally boring life at the moment. Looking to be about this level of interest until at least the 24th, if not longer. I strongly dislike essays...

Heh. We were talking about the apple in the Garden of Eden, but Snow White works, too. ;)

Recipe...I sort of do it all by eye, but I'll see what I can do. Let's see...

1. Peel two large Red Delicious apples. (I used Gala apples this time 'cause England's never heard of Red Delicious. They weren't as good. Use the red ones.)

2. Cut 'em up into slices or chunks that you can easily put two or three of in your mouth. Stick 'em in a saucepan.

3 Add...hmmm...perhaps half a cup of those little cinnamon red-hot candies. I used a third of a 14 oz. bag on this last one, if you're able to extrapolate cups out of that.

4. Add...um...enough water to have them floating around. Maybe two cups?

5. Boil for about fifteen minutes, or until apples are soft and completely red from the melted candies.

6. Chow down.

Sorry I can't be more exact...I really just sort of pour water/candies until it looks right. You can adjust the amount of cinnamon thingies to taste, and probably the amount of water doesn't matter that much anyway, so have fun! :)

ah, here I am on the sunny Mediterranean. It won't last long but for now I'll make fun.
