I didn't quite realize before starting exactly how difficult Harvey, "Revenging Angel," and Farscape in general are to explain in an academic paper. Er, yes. How to do this without a whole lotta summary...
That could be a problem trying to explain Harvey to someone with out their brain exploding. Considering when I started watching and John just started talking to scary looking guy in his head. I was like WTF?
Indeed. I have about 1500 words now, of which at least 500 are plot summary, mostly to explain Harvey. This is not a good ratio of plot summary to analysis.
I'm sorry I can't be more help but without actually explaining the whole Scorpy thing which would mean you have to explain how wormhole knowladge got in John's head I don't know.
Yeah...right now I have somehting along the lines of, "So there's this guy, Harvey, who's sort of a miniature version of John's mortal enemy, except he's really just a hallucination that's been planted in John's head that he can't quite get rid of, and he's trying to keep John alive, but John keeps running off to this animated world of his..." Only in academicese, so longer and more boring.
