Those shoes are the same as mine, except for the fact that mine are tan leather instead of silver satin. (Yes, they're coming to ScaperCon with me.)
And yes, I have...personal experience...with the pain the girl can inflict on the guy with the shoes. Oh, yes. Mwahahaha. *vbeg*

Date: 2003-06-17 02:21 pm (UTC)Bought 'em online here. They're actual ballroom shoes, though, so the soles are suede, and if you want to keep them in any sort of good condition, you can't wear them anywhere but on carpet or a dance floor. They were also $70. For heels, they're not bad in the comfort department. They're designed for support and flexibility, and so...they have support and flexibility. :)

I avoided him all through the end of the year. Haven't talked to anyone about partners for next year, but it'll all get switched around at the beginning of next semester anyway, so I'm just waiting. Given all I do for the webpage and how much everyone bows down to me for it, I'm thinking I might have enough clout to not be forced into dancing with him. ;)
