've seen that kind of thing before. It usually means there will be a storm sometime in the next day. (It always happens when there will be a week of tornadoes. At least, around here.)

I thought the adage was "Red sky at night, sailors' delight; red sky at morning, sailors take warning," but perhaps I'm mistaken. I've seen colorful skies at home, but never one this orange.

During that week, there was also a time when the sky turned green. Another day, red. It's always weird.

We always get green skies in the summer in Nashville. Usually they just presage bad thunderstorms, but tornadoes as well, often.
