I'd forgotten exactly how awful Nashville summers can be. Last summer was downright cold by our standards (temperatures hovered in the low eighties instead of the low nineties, and it rained a lot more instead of doing this humidity-like-a-sweaty-gorilla-on-your-back crap), and I just spent the past nine months in a place where reaching 65F is cause for breaking out the swimsuits, so...yeah. I think I'll just stay inside until September, thanks.

Laptop seems to be working okay now. *crosses fingers* Not the logic board going out again! Maybe.

I'm in full camera-geek mode at the moment as I try out everything my new digicam has to offer. It is awesome. I've taken 150 pictures in about 36 hours. I'll post some of the ones that have turned out well...soon.
