icepixie | Ballroom!

So. Tonight was the WE ARE ALL OUT OF SHAPE ballroom session, mixed with, for me, the "Oh my God, I haven't done this since November and I've forgotten EVERYTHING" session. Yeah. Fun.

Actually, it was fun. Painful--Valerie nearly strangling me didn't help--but fun, 'cause hey. ballroom! Swing, cha-cha, mambo! With more guys than girls! *watches everyone goggle in amazement* Apparently they had a huge influx of guys last year. Truly, it's a wonder.

And so far, my knees are holding up. We'll see what happens on Svetlana nights, but... *crosses fingers*

Yeah, I'm still doing the exercises every MWF. Why do you need new shoes?

Clinicals - I'm on my feet for a while, so my shoes are killing me - and they're new!! Which is really annoying... I don't even know what type to get. I think the ones with hard soles are good for being on your feet - which is weird, cause I'd think soft soles would be good.
