So the Brown Family Environmental Center is holding a photography contest. The theme is "Transitions in nature around our area." I now have all kinds of fall photos, and I can only submit three. Help!

Also, I didn't vote for it for the contest (I don't know how "contest-y" it is), but I LOVE the Leaf on Gravel pic.

I think the last two fit the theme the best (fuzzy caterpillar on leaf that's both dead and green, and leaf that used to be green on a tree, now orange and on the rocks), but I also liked the barn from the side, the grains, and the river reflecting the trees.

If they want more of a focus on "the area" - ie, places you can recognize rather than a focus on the transitions - I say go with side barn and river reflecting.
