THE US MAIL HATES ME.
Yeah. Photos still aren't here, despite being sent priority mail on Monday. HATE HATE HATE. So the bad inkjet copies I had to submit as a placeholder are now the final product. URG. I don't even care whether I would have won without the crap copies, it just irks me that they're going to be displayed with my name attached.
Also, it is REALLY, REALLY COLD. REALLY. It's 46 degrees outside. Where is the heat in my apartment? NOT ON. Despite the fact that according to weather.com, it's not going to warm up again until, y'know, spring. I WANT SOME FRAKKING HEAT.
And the pictures I took today didn't capture what I saw at all. The grey sky actually made the yellow and orange leaves stand out more to my eye, but the camera, even with the neutral density filter, refused to see things that way. I took 70+ photos, and got roughly six good ones.
ARGH!
Ahem. Sorry for the excessive caps. It's been that kind of day. That kind of week, even. And this weekend isn't going to be any better at all. Nor will the next. *sends hate toward the various papers and applications due in the next few weeks*
