I changed it a bit from your resizing--I looked at the frames you took out, and instead of taking all of them out, I shrunk it by another couple of pixels so I could keep a couple more frames in.

I use Image Ready as well. I guess my problem was just that I didn't want to both shrink it and make it "lossy." But it ended up working out all right.

ah, I don't touch the lossy. But I decrease the number of colors and stop right before it looks shitty. then shrink it the rest of the way.
