Geese are migrating over Ohio this week, apparently. I saw two flocks flying in a "V" this afternoon, one about six, and another of probably fifteen (although their V was more of a ragged U than anything else...). The honking sounded suspciously like the squawking of seagulls, which made me flash back scarily to Exeter. Meep.

Despite being gray today, the sky tonight is preternaturally clear. I could just make out Orion's bow as I walked back from watching Sci-Fi Friday up north.

Speaking of which...

SG-1
I watched SG-1 tonight 'cause of Janet. Wish she'd had more screentime. :( Was amused that the first person to get told about the AU!Janet was Daniel. *fans D/J flame* The multiple references to AU!Sams being "with someone," "on maternity leave," etc. were kinda funny, too. The weird AU!Sam/AU!Mitchell not-quite thing was fairly creepy, although I had seriously just been wondering a few minutes beforehand if anyone had ficced that yet. 'Cause it's probably been done.

Atlantis
Wasn't expecting Caldwell to be the Goa'uld. (Wow, haven't typed that in a while...I'm not sure if I got the apostrophe in the right place, even.) Other than that...eh. Not as uninteresting as the SG-1 plot, but not particularly thrilling, either. Zelenka coming back all braided up was priceless, though.

BSG
Figured out the magical Cylon blood thing beforehand, but I didn't think they'd have Sharon keep the baby. Awesome. Knew about Roslin and Adar, but her remembering Baltar and Six was unexpected. Loved her pointing that finger at Baltar right after she'd just had her heart restarted or whatever.

The pro-Cylon movement is a fantastic development. I'm looking forward to more from that.

Yay, Janet! I've missed her!

Oh, did you catch that Thor and Heimdall were elsewhere dealing with a "very sensitive matter," mosty likely in someone's nonexistent pants? Printer porn is vindicated! ;D

I did catch that. And it made me giggle.

Thanks to you, I will never ever be able to see two Asguards together without mind going bad places.

But heee! Thor/Heimdall

Aww, but bad places are fun!

And [livejournal.com profile] lyssie mentions Thor/Heimdal in her new Sam/Jack (http://lyssie.livejournal.com/776881.html?#cutid1) fic. (18+ for naked people)
