icepixie | Ficcy stuff

I'm going through and tagging my fics from previous years (I knew when I started using the tags system that I'd end up being OCD and tagging everything in my archives!), and man. Particularly around 2003 and into 2004, I used to be a.) far more prolific, b.) better, and c.) a lot funnier.

Bah.

I also discovered what I can absolutely claim as my distinctive trait on those memes that ask you how someone would know you'd written a particular fic when your name wasn't attached. That trait? Titles of ridiculous length. Out of the 89 fics I have divided between my old website and the memories section of my LJ, I have fourteen with four words, eleven with five words, five with six words, two with seven words, and one each with eight, nine, ten, thirteen(!) and fifteen(!!) words.

The other distinctive quality would probably titles stemming from literary works, and/or epigraphs from the pieces they quote/reference.
