GRE question

The GRE site seems to be an impenetrable fortress of confusion, so I turn to the general public. For those of you who've taken the computer test, can you skip around in each section, or do you have to go straight through, no changing your answers?

(Please tell me ETS has had a moment of sanity and not made it the latter. Please.)

ETA: Answered. ETS is run by morons.

I haven't taken it, but I'm pretty sure it's the latter, because your answer to the first question determines the next question you get, and so on. Annoying, but ya know, ETS knows better than everyone else (not!).

(Also? They're located about three miles from my house. I know a terrifying number of people who work for them. Sigh.)
