A tiny little four-month-old kitten, apparently abandonded, has decided it likes our yard. Specifically, he likes our trees. Mom got him down from one tree in the front yard twice, and other tree in the front once, and I got him from a tree in the back just a few minutes ago. He's so friendly, and so cute: take a look ([pretty kitty], [rowr!]). We thought about making him an outdoor cat, but once he discovers the dog door, there goes that idea. (Can't keep him inside 'cause of the dogs and 'cause there's still traces of cat spray from years ago that we can't get rid of.) My uncle, the one who lives next door, seemed kind of interested in making it his and Alice's outdoor cat, but they're away for most of the day, so we'll have to wait awhile to see if they'll take it.

Seriously? I'm about 75% sure that Alice and Jimmy are going to keep him, but if they decide they don't want to, do you want him? (He seems to get along okay with other cats, but not so much with dogs, or at least not our dogs. Mae probably isn't as excitable as they are, though...)
