Set up on one of the left corners, pull back really far (pretty much to the edge of the game window), and aim it just to the side of the block. So it should be just a little off from a completely horizontly line. With a little bit of practice on it, you should be able to make that a hole in one most of the time. Or, if you miss, it'll stop right next to the hole.
For the record, I usually have the most trouble with 14. I either get a hole in one or eight strokes.
