All About Hem has a track list for the new EP they're putting out later this year. No one seems to be sure if the last track is a new version of "Half Acre" or the same one as on Rabbit Songs. There also five new songs, including "The Part Where You Let Go."

pssst... what *is* an EP? I've never heard the term before, and it's making me think 'vinyl' for some reason...

It does come from vinyl. My understanding is that first there was the single, then with better technology, there was the EP, or extended play (~half an hour of music), then finally the album-length LPs. I think the records themselves were actually different diameters. But basically, EP means "shorter than an alubm, longer than a single."
