I'm a Fraser/RayK girl myself, but if I'd seen this vid first, I might not be. This is gorgeous, and totally sweet. Camilla Scott looks absolutely beautiful - I don't remember seeing all those scenes when I watched the show. It's a great song and it's got that kind of gentle appreciation that feels really right coming from Fraser. Lovely!

This song does sort of encapsulate how I think Fraser feels toward Thatcher--an understated, gentle appreciation, as you say, and a willingness to look beyond the cold exterior she puts up, particularly in S2. "I think the dress looks nice on you" works similarly to "red suits you," which is what really made me want to do the vid.

I don't remember seeing all those scenes when I watched the show.

You do have to be pretty dedicated to notice 'em. They're generally quite short. ;)

I actually created an F/T community a couple months ago because I wanted to find other likeminded shippers; it's at fraser_thatcher. There are actually a few more than twenty members, which, since I expected maybe four people to join, I find very heartening. :D
