My relatively unpopular opinion is that I never really cared for Devon, and by extension Devon/Danziger. They didn't bother me, exactly, but I've always been much more of a Julia and Julia/Alonzo girl.

Definitely one of the characters I point to when people complain that there are no good female characters.

Quite. The show was great for characters of all types, but particularly the women, who were all very well-developed. And the environmental concept was fantastic. Also, the scenery made me want to move to New Mexico.

Date: 2008-03-10 04:55 pm (UTC)I think the most unpopular opinion of that show that I have is I was a huge fan of Seven/The Doctor and never could abide by Seven/Harry. Also, S3 was my favorite, whereas I think many people didn't like it much. Beyond that, I pretty much fall in line with the prevailing opinions that the show as a whole generally sucked, and the P/T relationship was the only bright point.

Date: 2008-03-10 05:29 pm (UTC)Seeing as I have a habit of blocking out stuff I don't like (for example, I don't remember finals weeks from college), and the P/T relationship is one of the few things I do remember about Voyager, I would say this is pretty accurate.
