- Is someone typing away on an IBM keyboard on the Demetrius? Seriously? Dude, at least make an effort, y'all.

- NOOOOOOOOOO!!! NOT GAETA! *clings* He's not gonna make it past the next episode, is he? (Although now that he's made it through this one, I suppose his chances of survival are marginally better. But not great. DON'T KILL GAETA, PLEASE!)

- FINALLY! Yay Kara for Getting A Clue and just taking the damn raptor instead of dragging everyone else along on your Mission O' Crazy.

- ZOMG! Bald cap! (And, okay. Does anyone else think that Mary McDonnell, when she's wearing the headscarf later in the ep, is a dead ringer for Lena Olin (aka Irina Derevko on Alias)? Because whoa. I don't see much resemblance at all when she's filmed with her hair down, but without it...damn.

- Seelix is coming along on the Raptor O' Doom? Wasn't she one of the more insistent about going back to Galactica? Interesting. (And oh, look, she's part of the designated body count this week. Poor Seelix!)

- Heh, I liked how Anders' ears pricked at the mention of Kara hearing music.

- It's Jupiter! Holy crap!

- Heh. Athena, you now have five million annoying little sisters who want to be Just Like You.

- "Help me find Earth..." YOU'RE ALREADY IN THE FREAKING SOLAR SYSTEM, STARBUCK.

- Please tell me I wasn't the only one willing Anders to touch the Cylon Brain Water, and cursing when he was called away.

- So...Cylons get PTSD after they regenerate? Interesting. And okay, the quasi-suicide from one Six to another is kind of making my brain hurt. Was the one that died the one everyone called Caprica Six?

- It took me an embarrassingly long time to realize that Emily was played by Nana Visitor. Um, props to the makeup department? I only realized it when she really got to talking and I recognized her voice. Of course, it could be that I've never seen her without the Bajoran nose...

- Hmmm. The hybrid is chanting from the Bible. (Yes, I googled "then shall the maidens rejoice at the dance." It's Jeremiah 31:13, if anyone who knows that particular book better than I do wants to theorize based on that. Apparently it's from the Old Testament. Hmmm...Wikipedia says it's about the capture of the Kingdom of Jerusalem by the Babylonians. Are the Colonials the Jews?)

- Awwww, poor one-of-many Sharons!

- The Fantastic Five are from Earth? ZOMG. This episode is really quite awesome, I must say. (Of course, that's assuming we can trust anything that comes out of the hybrid's mouth...)

- So, again assuming that anything which comes out of the hybrid's mouth isn't purest hogwash, does this opera house stuff pretty much confirm that Laura is the dying leader, and not Starbuck?

- I hugely enjoyed Anders's expression when it was suggested that Three could identify the final five. Heh.

- Oh, Laura. :(

- *melts into puddle of shipper goo at the last scene*

In short, this episode was pretty all over awesome, and I didn't even get into some of the other stuff I liked about it (the dream about the ferry and how Baltar might be tapping into that and what that might mean, how much I adored Nana Visitor in this episode, the whole gods-as-metaphor thing she and Laura were discussing...it was good. Me likey.

ETA: Wait, so is the dead Colonial chick actually Seelix, or some other chick whose name I haven't had a chance to learn? I is cofused. They all look like and have so few lines!

Was the one that died the one everyone called Caprica Six?

I'm confused about this, too--I thought there was only one platinum blonde Six, and that therefore Caprica Six was in the brig on Galactica. So who's this one? Or am I just confused?

We DO need a guidebook!! This is part of why I was asking about how many sub-models there are of each Cylon. 'Cause criminy, it seems like a lot!! Have you looked at the Last Supper pic on the SciFi site? It mentions Natalie, a new model Six (who I presume is the one who pulled the trigger in this ep)--but in the pic, I thought sure she was a Three. Go figure!!
