Also, yes, um, the actual plot bits...so, now the Cylons are mortal! Dude. I never thought they would actually be able to do it. This is certainly one of the most significant events in the series. Wow.

maybe that is the parallel the shows writers are trying to make, but I like and admire Laura Roslyn too much and it just doesn't hold true for me.

Date: 2008-06-07 05:50 pm (UTC)I don't know as much as I should about FDR's presidency during the war--the Depression is more my era, and most of my studies of WWII focused on Europe--but I'd be willing to go along with an FDR parallel.
