theusual, you have reduced me to someone who has a hysterical giggling fit at the mere mention of the word "spleen," much less if it's possible that someone's spleen might rupture. Remind me never to take an anatomy course.

(And now I will stop spamming the LJ. Mmm-hmmm.)

Yep. Although making your leg line unbroken, and thus making you look taller, is the basis behind wearing pants, socks, and shoes of the same color, so that's kind of a real world application.

Ah, you see I don't need to make myself look taller. That's why it doesn't carry any personal meaning for me. I spend a good amount of time having people tell me to shrink in the first place.

Or you can design really freaky-looking things and people will pay you bajillions of dollars to do it, too. (I have issues with Frank Lloyd Wright, who is basically the only architect I know.)

Issues with Wright? You're breaking my heart, Becca. I can deal with Shaye not liking Wright, but you, too? (I will admit that he made his contractors use crap materials causing pretty much all of his buildings to need serious fixing. But the design itself is sound).

"Officer Obvious"? Not quite the same ring.

I advise that we abstain from adding to the abundant alliteration in this, err, situation. Damn. I couldn't find a synonym that began with an "A."

And I spend a good amoutn of time trying to see over people's heads, so you see why this has meaning for me. ;) But yes, lots of different colors and/or garments makes you look shorter.

Not aesthetically pleasing. I'm into Victorian and Gothic type things, with lots of superfluous spires and towers and whatnot.

Only thing I can think of is "arguement," and while that is technically a synonym for "conversation," it has far fromt eh right connotations.

Like a gigantic hat with vertical stripes. But that might be tough to dance in.

Wright not aesthetically pleasing? ::hyperventilates:: Need... paper... bag... Slow... breath... Whew. Oh well, to each their own. :)

Personally I love gothic and classical stuff (Victorian is okay) but I it's best to look at them. I'd love to live in a Wright home because they still look like somplace I'd like to live even though most of his stuff was built nearly 100 years ago.

I had even checked thesaurus.com and didn't find any "a" word that fit. That's why alliteration is an imperfect art.
