Mars/Earth and Hurt/Comfort (no, really--hurt and comfort) romance fic! English/Latin breakup fic! Amongst other geekily-ficced things! Wheeeee!!! (

Got an e-mail from "The Norgolian Imperial Peace Federation" this morning. Realized it was from my Bio in Science Fiction professor and had a horrifying moment where I wondered if there was summer reading that had been delayed in getting to my e-mail account and I now had two days to do it. However, soon discovered that it was a link to the syllabus and book list. Whcih is excellent because I still have three days in which to trawl used bookstores here in Nashville and buy this stuff from a buck or two, instead of paying bookstore prices when I get to school, which tend to run about seven to twelve dollars for paperbacks, depending on which book it is. (Last year I paid $40 for one of those slightly larger paperbacks that have laminate on their covers. And we read all of four chapters out of it, which was even worse.)

This, by the way, is the class where the final project is webpage-related. Hee. *bounces*

Oh, and have I squeed about how I'm gonna have Pez people in this class (Whitney and Ellen) and in the Irish Lit class (Ellen and Chandra)? 'Cause if not, *squeeee*!

All I've had this morning was orange juice, BTW. I'm just insanely hyper at the moment, especially for it being before noon. Hee.
